I earned my degree in English from Stonehill College, which is where I first learned the power of a well-crafted sentence.
Before launching Maven Row, I served as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing, Corporate Affairs & Communications Officer at Rite Aid, where I led enterprise-wide communications strategy and helped guide the company through two Chapter 11 filings. My role spanned marketing, internal and external communications, public relations, crisis response, ESG, community engagement, and events.
I’ve also held leadership roles at Macy’s, Staples, Jumpstart, Avery Dennison, AECOM, and BIC.

Lauren Beitler is a global corporate communications professional with deep expertise helping iconic brands to convert their strategy into their story. Over the past two decades, Lauren has worked with some of the most recognizable companies across the technology, consumer and retail industries, defining their messages and getting it to the right audiences during their most transformative moments. Lauren is an accomplished leader with a strong history of building high-performing teams from the ground up to meet the ever-changing needs of evolving Communications functions. With background in both communications and change management, Lauren has a keen understanding of the role communication plays in getting a company from here to there -- a skill that has made her a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams.
Currently, Lauren is the Head of Executive Communications at TikTok, where she took on a newly created role to establish a centralized approach to leadership visibility and corporate storytelling in the dynamic, rapidly growing company.
Lauren is originally from New York City and now lives in Westchester, NY with her husband, 3 children and 2 big rescue dogs. Outside of work, she's usually outdoors, finding a way to be active with her family, or volunteering to support her town and school community.
Mark Crowley is currently the Vice President of Internal Communications at Solventum, a leader in the healthcare industry. Throughout his 20+ year career, he has led a wide array of internal and external communications initiatives, helping organizations drive clarity, alignment, and engagement. Mark is highly skilled in strategic planning, content development, change management, and creative campaign execution. His work consistently emphasizes strong leader and stakeholder engagement to ensure meaningful, lasting impact. He has worked for several leading companies, including Panera Bread, Staples, AECOM, Hilton, and Fresenius Medical Care. Known for his collaborative approach and results-driven mindset, Mark continues to shape communication strategies that support both organizational transformation and business growth.
Briana Curran is Executive Director of Communications and Public Relations for JPMorganChase in the Northeast, New England and Greater Washington D.C. regions. She leads the development and execution of communication strategies that enhance the firm’s reputation, elevate brand visibility, and drive engagement across media, employees, and local influencers in these markets.
Previously, Briana oversaw philanthropy and public relations for Wells Fargo in New England where she was responsible for the bank’s community relations and
communications strategy including distribution of approximately $5 million in corporate grants each year. Prior to that, she managed grant making for BNY Mellon in Massachusetts and directed Staples Inc.’s global citizenship programs and communications for Staples Brand Products. Briana began her career with Lois Paul & Partners managing public relations programs for technology and business-to-business clients.
Briana is a graduate of Boston University and holds a B. S. in Communications. She lives in Arlington, Massachusetts and can often be found frantically running around, though is always happy to stop and talk about all things movie and television.
Joanna Howarth is a dynamic communications and marketing leader with more than 15 years of experience shaping global narratives, sparking meaningful consumer engagement, and bringing purpose-driven brand stories to life. In her current role as Senior Manager of Global Media at New Balance, she spearheads earned media and influencer strategies across lifestyle and entertainment verticals, delivering high-impact campaigns that earned more than 7 billion impressions in 2024 alone.
Prior to New Balance, Joanna held key marketing and public relations positions at the TJX Companies, where she helped scale emerging brands like Homesense and drove national awareness and social impact for HomeGoods—raising over $10 million for partner charities in a single year. She began her career in higher education communications and agency PR, honing her expertise in media relations, thought leadership, and content management.
She is based in Massachusetts where she lives with her husband, two sons, and mini-labradoodle.
